Coming soon – A new Internet web site
dedicated to sharing Crop Circle Information gathered by Colin Andrews during his near two decades of research. www.CropCircleInfo.com
The new long promised Crop Circle CD-ROM is also now available at: www.CosmicArtistCD.com
Links from both sites will take you to important research data and findings, including events such as that which occurred during the famous surveillance project coordinated by Andrews during the summer of 1990 for BBC television (UK), Nippon television (Japan), and the British Army. Called ‘Operation Blackbird’, the high tech project staked out fields in which crop circles had been found for many years. The plan was to try and film a crop circle forming from high ground owned by the Ministry of Defense. Numerous special low light and thermal imaging cameras filmed every movement in the fields for a period of ten days. Many strange events were witnessed and some not made public until now. What happened to the all important video captured by the ‘yellow camera circuit’ ? BBC radio (‘Wiltshire Sound’) were among the first of the media to reach the site when it was thought a real crop circle had been filmed forming and unusual lights seen above the field. They set up live links into the network which came directly from the project base. As events unfolded during mid morning the British Ministry of Defense issued a very rarely applied censorship notice called a ‘D Notice’ to legally instruct BBC to immediately terminate live transmissions. The order remained in force for several hours during which unexplained events occurred.

This photograph was taken at the site of Blackbird that day. This fiery object streaked across the field directly over a crop formation that is thought to have been constructed by the British Army with one non military person in an attempt to persuade the public that there was no mystery at all – but they were not in control of everything which took place in and over those fields that day or for days afterwards. The full story will be published at: www.CropCircleInfo.com Some photographs taken by Hampshire and Wiltshire police as well as The Ministry Of Defense and not seen before can be seen now for the very first time on the new CD-ROM. These photographs were taken by the British authorities during a time they claimed to have no interest in the growing mystery. Over 250 other photographs from Colin Andrews own camera plus maps and captions can be your permanent record – all interactive and perfect for the serious researcher or interested observer. Printing capability has been built in to allow the huge photographic collection to be printed and shared with others. From 1983 to 2001 you can view the best of the best – The parting shots of the 2001 crop circle season culminated in three spectacular patterns at Milk Hill and the Chilbolton radio telescope. Incredible aerial photographs of these were taken by Busty Taylor who has authorized their inclusion. www.CosmicArtistCD.com Colin will sign the first 100 CD’s. Many have already been sold.

Review from one of the first members of the public to receive it

Subject: Re: Colin Andrews Cosmic Artist CD Rom.
The Cosmic Artist CD arrived December 26th. Colin's captioned comments
are the highlight of the presentation. I am particularly interested in the
details of the investigators personal observations concerning unusual
evidence and matters pertaining to the authenticity of the formation. This
is a worthy augmentation of the Crop Circle Connector's offering with
its specific focus on Colin Andrews own observations and photographs. The
options of thumbnails, year and list selection are convenient. The large
color print-outs and "picture only" enlargements are nice,
also. Interesting to find that the British Army would make patterns. I
will give you some more input after I have had the chance to view the
entire production.

After
viewing Cosmic Artist, I found myself going down memory lane,
back to the eighties and into the fields. All the photos and information
were to a very high standard, and the CD so easy to use, even for a
PC beginner like myself.
You
can move in so many directions, Maps, photos, statements, they are all
there to increase every ones knowledge of the Crop Circle enigma. For
the dedicated researcher, this is a must, You have over 200 photos going
way back, from farmers, the Military and the Police, so much information
at a touch of a button.
